Workshop Synopsis

The Courses to Careers (C2C) workshop is a week-long professional development experience designed for disabled physics students and STEM instructors. Together, participants examine how disability shapes academic experiences and career trajectories, and how we can create more accessible, empowering pathways in STEM. Through presentations, panels, reflection, and hands-on activities, students build confidence and career skills while instructors strengthen their inclusive teaching practices. By bringing both groups into conversation, the workshop builds shared understanding and lasting community.
